This page explains what personal information Availia collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is maintained by Availia to answer common privacy questions about the Platform.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, avatar), profile details you choose to share, listing content, booking and messaging activity, and payment information processed by Stripe. We also collect device and usage data via standard server logs.
2. How we use it
To operate the marketplace, process bookings and payouts, prevent fraud, respond to enquiries, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Subprocessors
We use trusted providers to run Availia, including Stripe (payments), and our hosting and database providers. Each is bound by data-processing terms and processes data only on our behalf.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We may use limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Retention
We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights

7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging.

Availia is not intended for anyone under 18.
